The TXMPA Annual Meeting will take place Saturday, June 27, at Texas State University in San Marcos.
It
will consist of the new board annoucements, committe meetings, as well
as Caucuses for the Producers seat and the newly-created Video Game

We encourage you to consider
carpooling to the meeting, which will not only save fuel and lower
emissions, but is also a great way to meet and network with fellow
TXMPA members and supporters.

TXMPA 2009 Annual Meeting Schedule Details:
Check-in will take place from 9:30 AM until 1:30 PM
From 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM, we will
hold sessions for those interested in discussing and/or participating
in our Membership, Fundraising, Communications, and Legislative
committees.
Two (2) individuals will be selected
to fill the open Permanent seats on TXMPA’s Board (Producers, and the
newly-created Video Game Industry seat). The Caucus for the Producers
Seat will begin at 10:30 AM followed by the Caucus for the Video Game
Industry Seat which will begin at 11:30 AM.

The Annual Meeting will start
promptly at 1:30 PM where in addition to hearing updates from your
leadership team about the organization itself and the industry as
whole, we will:
introduce you to the three (3) newly elected Regional Representatives and their respective Alternates
introduce you to the new Board representative of the Texas Association of Film Commissions
announce the results for the Permanent Seat Caucuses held earlier that day
announce the results of online voting for the Board's six (6) open At-Large positions
After the meeting adjourns, the new Board* will convene at 3:30 PM and elect their new officials
