Art Colony Association
Hyde Park Presents Seven Selected Artists
Art Colony Association (ACA), in collaboration with Hyde Park Gallery, is proud to present our inaugural indoor Gallery Show, Seven Selected Artists, benefiting The Bayou City Art Festivals.

The Opening Reception for Seven Selected Artists is Thursday, July 17, 2014, 6:30 - 9 PM at Hyde Park Gallery. Lite bites, wine and a refreshing signature cocktail will be provided. The reception is free, but please RSVP at

The show will be held July 17th through August 23rd at the Hyde Park Gallery, located at 115 Hyde Park Blvd., Houston, Texas 77006. It will be curated by Nicola Parente and Kelly Kindred, featuring the works of Vic Lee, Eric Ober, Syd Moen, Charlie Hardwick, Jeannie Maddox, Eric Lee, and Tra Slaughter; these works are an eclectic sampling of the best the Bayou City Art Festival has to offer. A percentage of all work sold during the exhibition benefits Bayou City Art Festival.

The Bayou City Art Festivals, produced by Art Colony Association, are two top-rated fine art festivals held annually in the City of Houston at the end of March in Memorial Park and the second weekend in October in Downtown.

Art Colony Association (ACA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to produce high quality art festivals. The aim of these festivals is to provide financial support to local nonprofit organizations and generate year-round revenue for artists creating master works in their medium. Funding for the art festivals is provided in part by grants from the City of Houston through the Houston Arts Alliance, corporate sponsorships, private contributions, in-kind suport and volunteer assistance.
